Inviting and approving teachers
Adding a teacher to your institution — share the code, then approve the request with one tap.
The screenshots show the app in Bangla, its main language. The buttons sit in the same places in English.

Tap the "প্রতিষ্ঠান" (Institution) tab, then tap "শিক্ষক যোগ দিতে চান" (Teachers want to join).

On the "শিক্ষক আমন্ত্রণ" (Teacher invitation) page a 6-character code is created by itself. Wait a moment for it to appear.

Tap "ছবি শেয়ার করুন" (Share image) to send it to the teacher on WhatsApp. To send just the code, tap "কোড কপি" (Copy code).

Keep this page open. When the teacher sends a request with the code, their name appears below under "যোগদানের অনুরোধ" (Join requests).

Tap "অনুমোদন" (Approve) next to the teacher's name. One tap makes them a member.

A message saying "আর একটি ধাপ বাকি" (One more step) appears — follow it and assign the teacher their classes.
Skip this and the teacher can sign in but sees no classes at all, and will think the app is broken. Assigning the classes is the part that matters.

Assigning the class takes 2 minutes: tap "এডিট" (Edit) on the class card → "শ্রেণী শিক্ষক যোগ করুন" (Add class teacher) → tick the teacher → "ঠিক আছে" → "ঠিক আছে" again. Full version with pictures: hazirakhata.xyz/tutorials/assign-class-teacher/
A teacher must be ticked in every class they teach — ticking once does not cover all classes.

If the wrong person requests, tap "বাতিল" (Reject), then confirm with "বাতিল করুন".
Common questions
I tap "অনুমোদন" and it says I cannot approve. Why?
Only an institution admin can approve. If you are a member but not an admin the button will not work no matter how many times you tap it. Ask your admin to do it.
How long does the code work?
30 days. If the teacher has not joined by then, get a fresh code — just open the same page again.
Do I need internet to create the code?
Yes. Without internet the code cannot be created and you will see "আবার চেষ্টা করুন" (Try again). Retry once you are online.
Can the QR be scanned on the same phone that has the image?
No — you cannot scan a QR on the phone displaying it; the teacher needs their own phone. The easy way is to send the code as text and let them type it in.
