How a parent contacts the teacher
Under any diary message there is a button to reach the teacher. There is no reply box in the diary — this explains why, and what to do instead.

Open your child's "বার্তাসমূহ" (Messages) page in the app. Everything the teacher has sent — class routine, general messages, notices — sits here as cards.

Tap the card you want to talk about. The full message opens in a sheet with "কপি করুন" (Copy) and "শেয়ার করুন" (Share) below it.

At the very bottom of that sheet, with a phone icon, is "শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন" (Contact the teacher). That is the way through to the teacher.
Worth knowing plainly, or you will hunt for something that is not there. The digital diary runs one way — teacher to parent. There is no reply box inside the diary, and that is by design, not a fault. Anything a parent wants to say goes through this button, straight to the teacher's own number.

Tapping it brings up the ways to reach that teacher's number. You can call, and on newer versions you can also write to them on WhatsApp, SMS or imo — whichever suits you.

If the teacher registered with an email and no phone number, you get the email option instead. If neither is on file the app says so — then ask the institution to add the teacher's number.

How does a parent send a message to the teacher?
On your child's "বার্তাসমূহ" (Messages) page, tap any message card and you will find "শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন" (Contact the teacher) at the bottom. From there you can call the teacher directly; on newer versions you can also write on WhatsApp, SMS or imo. There is no reply box inside the diary itself: the diary runs one way, teacher to parent.
Why is there no reply box in the diary?
The digital diary is built to carry a teacher's announcements out to parents — routines, notices, results, receipts. A class has forty or fifty guardians; if all of them replied inside the diary the teacher's phone would become one long thread and the urgent message would be lost in it. So replies take a separate road — the contact button, straight to the teacher.
The button says there is no contact information.
That means neither a phone number nor an email is saved on that teacher's account. There is nothing a parent can fix from their side — ask the institution's admin to add the number to the teacher's profile.
I want to write rather than call.
On newer versions the list that opens has WhatsApp, imo and SMS right under the call option — pick one and the teacher's number is filled in for you. On older versions the button dials straight away; note the number down and use whichever app you prefer.
