Using Hazira Khata on a computer or laptop

Updated 1 November 2026 · App version 3.2.305

You want a bigger screen for reports or printing, but the app lives on the phone and you cannot find a link for the computer? There is one link. It and the sign-in rule are below.

Hazira Khata has a web version. Open app.hazirakhata.xyz in Chrome on a computer, sign in with the same number or Gmail as on your phone, and you get the same data on a big screen.

The screenshots show the app in Bangla, its main language. The buttons sit in the same places in English.

  1. From the new version (3.2.306): tap the three lines at the top left of the phone, then "কম্পিউটারে চালান" (Run on computer). A sheet titled "কম্পিউটারে হাজিরা খাতা" rises from the bottom. The result-share and print settings also carry a "কম্পিউটারে চালান" line that opens the same sheet.

Older versions have no such row, but the web version is live today. Start at the next step; the address is the same: app.hazirakhata.xyz.

  2. Open Chrome on the computer. Type (or paste) app.hazirakhata.xyz into the address bar and press Enter. If you would rather not type it, the two buttons in the next step do it for you.

  3. On the phone, "লিংক কপি করুন" (Copy link) copies the address. "নিজেকে পাঠান" (Send to myself) asks you to pick an app such as WhatsApp — send the link to your own number or your own group, then open it on the computer.

  4. The sign-in page on the computer shows a QR code. Scan it with the phone camera and you are in. Or sign in on the computer with exactly the same phone number or Gmail you use on the phone. Follow whatever the sign-in page says.

Use the same number or Gmail on the computer as on the phone. A different number or Gmail is a different account that shows nothing of your school and looks empty. Nothing is lost, you are in the wrong account. Log out and sign in with the right one.

  5. Once in, what is on your phone is on the computer too: the same data in two places. The computer is handy for viewing reports on a big screen and printing.

The phone sheet says "কিছু কাজ এখনো শুধু মোবাইলে আছে।" (Some things are still mobile-only.) The web version does not have everything yet. If a task is missing on the computer, do it in the phone app.

Common questions

Do I have to install anything on the computer?

No. Open Chrome and type app.hazirakhata.xyz. The app does not ask you to install anything.

I signed in on the computer and see nothing of my school — is my data gone?

No. You most likely signed in with a different number or Gmail, which is a separate account. Sign in with exactly the one you use on the phone.

Can I print from the computer?

The app itself suggests the computer for viewing on a big screen and printing. Not every task is on the web yet, so if a particular print is missing there, do it from the phone.
